For: CHALETS, PARQUETS, FURNITURE, FITTINGS, OBJECTS, FRAMES, ETC. GIVES WOOD AN "AGED-BY-TIME" APPEARANCE. Several applications are required. The result is amazing and the cost price is considerably lower than that of reclaimed wood. It allows very consistent, variations in shade and is long-lasting as real oxidisation takes place.
This treatment is an oxidisation carried out on new or old unvarnished, unstained and unwaxed wood.
Trial applications are needed before applying to the workpiece, to master the technique for applying these products and achieving the desired result. A broad range of patinas and colours are available to suit the wishes of the operator.
Wood may be rough sawn, sanded, brushed, shot blasted, sand blasted, gummed, etc.
It must be dry. The product must be applied at an ambient temperature of 15°C or more.
These products may be applied by hand, sprayed using a crop sprayer, or brushed in abundant, even coats. They may also be applied using a sponge or nylon brush.
They may be applied industrially by pump or machine and tunnel dried (25 < 30°) and more All these products may be diluted with water, thus enabling many personalised shade variations.
"IT IS POSSIBLE TO LEAVE VERY LITTLE DRYING TIME BETWEEN COATS, WHICH WILL GIVE OTHER SHADE VARIATIONS."
Greying Agent 0853 is applied in an even, generous coat.
Natural drying: 1 to 3 hours at ambient temperature.
Greying Agent 0852 is applied in an even, generous coat.
Natural drying: 1 to 3 hours at ambient temperature.

Indoor finish
Interior woodwork, panelling, beams, furniture, kitchens, parquet flooring, etc.
Wood patinated in this way can receive a range of finishes:
